Terms & Conditions

Common Terms & Conditions – for All Packages

  1. Valid for 30 days advance bookings only.
  2. Prices valid for next 30 days.
  3. 50% advance is required before booking confirmation.
  4. All balance payments must be cleared at least 15 days before the date of travel.
  5. GST applicable +5% on total package costs.
  6. Bookings are non-transferable but any transfers may be attempted to be made only if permissible by the suppliers.
  7. Any changes in the itinerary shall vary the price of the package agreed upon.
  8. Cancellation is free of cost if done 30 days before the date of travel. If cancelled 15 days prior to date of travel, then 25% of package cost shall be non-refundable. If any cancellations done in last 15 days before the date of travel, then zero refund of any amount.
  9. Travel arrangements are always subject to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  10. We are not liable for any supplier (Airline, car, hotels etc.) failures, but we will provide assistance in claim procedures to the best of our ability.
  11. We retain the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior.
  12. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
